Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. You must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Your refund request must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at support@dinoteq.com.
  3. You must provide a valid reason for your refund request, such as unsatisfactory work or failure to deliver services as promised.

Refund Process If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your refund request. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If the refund is requested after 30 days, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

Cancellation of Services If you cancel your services before the completion of the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed. However, if the project is completed and delivered to you, we cannot offer a refund.

Non-Refundable Services The following services are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Domain name registrations
  2. Hosting fees
  3. Third-party services or products
